Open Selective Policy
At present all Wa/onderings and Healing Racism events and programmes are ‘open selective’ i.e. run by invitation only, but open to your inquiry.
Like seedlings which are growing in strength every day, but are still tender, both the Wa/onderings and Healing Racism programmes are at an early stage of development. Tending them at this point in time means ensuring that those who join understand and feel at home with the way of working – which is different to what many people are used to.
Waytu group journeys and programmes are mindfully created to address the needs of people who share particular aspirations, commitments or life experiences. The sense of common purpose that underlines events consciously created in this way helps toward a sense of belonging, ‘safety’ and trust. This way of working seeks to build on this to deepen the experience and enable people to open to the journey they need to take for their own growth.
If you like what you have read about these programmes, and feel this work is for you, please do contact me for a conversation: it will quickly become apparent whether you will benefit from this work, and if so an invitation will follow!
As the shoots and leaves of these seedlings grow sturdier, the work will spread: existing programmes will become more self-selecting and new events and programmes will emerge for other audiences.
